By using WingfieldGemini services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
WingfieldGemini provides website, digital design, development, marketing, and related consulting services for hospitality businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for each engagement will be agreed separately in writing.
Payment & Billing
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, and billing terms will be set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Late or failed payments may delay work or delivery.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WingfieldGemini retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, processes, and reusable components. Project-specific deliverables are transferred to the client only after all agreed payments have been received.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WingfieldGemini will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WingfieldGemini operates, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
